He was bureau chief for a daily commercial newspaper and has written for community and regional newspapers.
David managed teams of communication specialists for federal government departments in Canberra. He has also worked for state, regional and local government bodies.
He has developed multi-media communication campaigns for state and federal governments and business.
David managed the nation’s counter-terrorism communication strategies and incident media responses. He has also led media responses for emergencies including cyclones, bushfires and floods for the federal agency Emergency Management Australia.
KELLI FINLAYSON – principal consultant
Kelli has extensive experience in corporate project and event management.
She is also an accomplished corporate relationship and sponsorship manager.
Kelli has worked as a senior sales executive for a national corporate and managed high-profile national government projects, based out of Canberra.
Prior to establishing the corporate relations arm of WordBiz Kelli was Corporate Services Manager with the Geelong Chamber of Commerce.
Kelli managed the highly-respected Geelong Business Excellence Awards for six years.
Her breadth of experience includes building her own successful small manufacturing business.
